Great video with Jeff Bezos, I guess this made the rounds already (Amazon buying Zappos) but it’s great still. Jeff on business rules and leadership (and there’s room for business model innovation learnings in there):

Three rules:
1. Obsess about customers
2. Invent (for customers, yay)
3. Think longterm

And as the mantra goes (first, break all the rules) there’s even a rule number four:
4. It’s always day no. 1
