Small World Network Primer
Large social networks are often scale-free (aka “small world”) networks. Judy Breck, author of Connectivity has created “A Very Simplified Small World Network Primer for Nonscientists” that uses animations to introduce the key ideas of networks, nodes and links, degrees of separation, small worlds, hubs, and dynamic nets.
Interesting to me because small world networks are virtual, complex and omnidimensional, making them an archetype of complex systems, illustrating once more that enterprises are complex adaptive systems.
