Absolutely! <\/p>\n<p>And a culture where people believe in what they do and enjoy safety, security, and quality of life is the best kind, right? Let me be controversial:<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t think that is true.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to creating high-performing organizations, I wonder whether entitlement cultures are fool\u2019s gold\u2014shiny on the outside, but less valuable than they seem at first glance.
